This extension will take you to Rogitama, Soata, Zipaquirá, and Chingaza for 5 additional Days and Nights of birding in the Northwestern mountainous region of Colombia. Along with exciting new birds, you will see old historic Columbian towns, ecological reserves, and beautiful mountain scenery.

This region holds a number of Columbian endemic species like Apolinar's Wren, Black Inca, Matorral (Pale-bellied) Tapaculo, Flame-winged Parakeet, Mountain Grackle, Chestnut-bellied Hummingbird, Apical Flycatcher and Niceforo’s Wren

 

Our expert local guides will help you find elusive birds like Spot-flanked Gallinule, Lazuline Sabrewing, Noble Snipe, Rufous Antpitta, and much more.
