Texas - Davis Mountains, Big Bend & the Hill Country

There are some places that every birder dreams of going -southeast Arizona, Florida Keys, Alaska... A state as big as Texas offers at least three such destinations: the lower Rio Grande Valley, the Hill Country, and Big Bend. This trip takes you to two of those key places, bringing you to where three major target birds can be found: Colima Warbler, Black-capped Vireo and Golden-cheeked
Warbler.

We are also adding a visit to the Davis Mountains where the star attraction will be Montezuma Quail, Elf Owl, Phainopepla, Western Bluebird, Scott's Oriole, Black-throated Gray Warbler and other western species.
