Day 1: Arrival in Denver; Birding Eastern Plains of Colorado to Western Kansas

Day 2: AM Prairie-Chickens (Lesser and perhaps Greater); PM Birding High Plains of Northeast Colorado (with Good Chances for Mountain Plover and Longspurs)

Day 3: Final Birding at Pawnee National Grasslands and Colorado Short Grass Prairie Birding; Transfer to Georgetown (in Colorado) to Start Montane Birding

​

Day 4: Early Start for Colorado Birding with High Montane Species (including White-tailed Ptarmigan and Rosy-Finches) near Loveland Pass and Afternoon Birding and Driving through Middle Park to Craig

​

Day 5: AM Birding Various High-Altitude Habitats for Greater Sage-Grouse and Sharp-tailed Grouse and More; Rest of Day Birding Key Sites from Craig (for Other Bird Species)

​

Day 6: Focus on Any Missed Species: Likely AM Sharp-Tailed Grouse Lek and Final Bird Finding in a Wide Variety of Habits from Craig to Denver
