Spring and Fall Migration in Cape May: Tour Pricing

2021 Trip Pricing: $1,790 US Dollars* 6 Days and 5 Nights

 

Inclusions: 

  • Tour package includes all lodging and access fees to reserves, parks and other birding sites.

  • Premier Bird Guide: All of our tours use the services of an excellent bird guide, often a well-recognized expert on birding in this area. 

  • Top-Rated Preparation Services: We support your preparation for the trip. We provide information on the birds you will see and all the travel details, including all logistic details (arrival plans, trip itinerary, lodging details and more), information on entry into the United States (if applicable) and information on travel health issues, packing information, and more. Most of our clients comment that our Trip Participation Guide is the best they have ever seen.

  • Transport and Airport Transfers:

    • ​Local ground transport is included. This includes a van throughout the trip.    

    • Your guide will pick you up at the Philadelphia airport on the first day of the trip. We arrange for a transfer back to the airport at the end of the trip, or to a hotel that will                              provide you with a free transport service.                                                                          

  • Small Group Pricing: All the prices mentioned above are for tour groups of seven or eight participants.

  • Note on Meal Inclusion: Meals include breakfast as provided by the hotels each day following Day 1 of the trip. The breakfast provided at hotel in Cape May (four mornings) is basic, but fine for an early morning snack and start.

  • Note on Beverage Inclusion: Each day, we provide water for refilling your personal bottles during the birding day. 

  • Group Size: We anticipate a group size of 7 or 8 participants

 

Optional Costs for Booking the Trip:

 

Single Room Supplement: The single supplement for this trip is $480 USD. This is the price we charge for the additional cost of anyone not sharing a room with another birder (and/or a spouse). If you want a single room, please let us know. We are often able to find a roommate for those wanting to share a room with a person of the same sex.

 

Tipping for Meals/Lodging: Gratuities for hotel staff and restaurant staff are not included in pricing for this tour.

 

Notes on Other Tour Costs: Exclusions: 

  • You will need to pay for any flight costs involved in this trip. 

  • The tour fee does not include laundry or other items of a personal nature.
