To register your meal choices, please take the time to fill out the information below:

First and Last Name

Arrival Supper on Day 1/June 7: Please choose between a roasted chicken (in butter sauce) dinner and a smoked beef brisket dinner.

Note: The default choice (if we do not hear from you) will be the smoked beef brisket.

Breakfast Day 2/June 8 is Starbucks Breakfast: Choose between (1) Breakfast Burrito (egg, cheese, pepper) (2) Breakfast Sandwich with Cheese (bagel, sausage, egg and cheese) or (3) Breakfast Sandwich with No Cheese (bagel, sausage, and egg). Later we hope to enhance this with some fruit or other healthier snack.

Lunch Day 2/June 8/Local Restaurant: Your choice between (1) fried fish sandwich (local favorite) (2) chicken salad sandwich or (3) pork BBQ sandwich. This will come with coleslaw and a bag of chips.

Supper Day 2/June 8/Local Cafe: Your choice between (1) chicken fried steak (beef) dinner or (2) grilled walleye (fish) dinner.

Lunch Day 3/June 9/Local Café and Prepared Night Before: Your choice of a brown bag lunch containing either (1) ham sandwich or (2) chicken salad. This will come with two pieces of fruit and home-made chips.

Supper Day 3/June 9: Your choice between (1) spaghetti and meatballs dinner or (2) grilled chicken with mushroom risotto dinner.

Lunch Day 4/June 10/Local Cafe: Your choice between (1) hamburger (2) cheeseburger or (3) grilled chicken sandwich. This is a meal to go with fries and coleslaw.
